Feminae is a visual atlas or photographic index that intends to define the feminine construct including women, sexuality, and gender, departing from images excerpted from daily life, art history, objects, and situations. Archetype, beauty canons, social pressure, motherhood, and fertility, as well as abuse, oppression, and discrimination are all tackled in this photo installation. It is a  growing work in progress that hopefully will occupy a large wall or space and will address how visual conglomerations become visual poems and/or narratives that affect the spectator's experience, much like the idea of a puzzle that is being built through time. Identifying single photographs in this mass of visual material build up to the interdisciplinary nature of our identity.
